What you can expect from Bikiron, and what we expect from you.

Your account
You need an account to place an order. Your Bangladeshi mobile number is your account — it is how you sign in, how we reach you about a delivery, and how we recover your access if you forget your password.
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm it when we accept it, and we may decline one — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was listed incorrectly.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka and include applicable taxes unless a page says otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Dhaka is usually 1–2 days and the rest of the country 3–5 days, but these are estimates and not guarantees — weather, strikes and public holidays all move them.
Someone needs to be available at the delivery address to receive the order and, for cash on delivery, to pay for it.
Returns and refunds
- Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging, with anything that came with it.
- Some things cannot be returned once opened — innerwear, cosmetics and perishables among them.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, and take a few working days to appear.
Using the site
Do not try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not yours. Do not scrape it, and do not resell what you buy here as if it came from us.
Product photographs, descriptions and the Bikiron name belong to us or to our suppliers.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters to orders you have already placed, we will tell you rather than quietly amend the page.
